Tuner

A clip-on tuner reads vibration from the body of the instrument, which is why it still holds a reading in a classroom or a rehearsal room where a microphone tuner gives up. That leaves two questions, which instrument it clips to, and whether you would rather plug it in or keep a spare battery in the case.
