Products & pricing

All product prices on this site are shown in New Taiwan Dollars (NT$). Certain rare master-crafted pieces are not listed at a fixed price — please write or call to enquire. We reserve the right to adjust prices and product availability.

Orders & payment

Once you submit an order, we will confirm payment and delivery method with you (LINE Pay, PayDollar credit card, bank transfer, or in-store pickup). An order is finalised once we have confirmed it and received payment.

Delivery & returns

Delivery scope and timing will be advised when your order is confirmed, and overseas shipping and export certificates can be arranged. If a product is defective, please contact us after receiving it so we can resolve the matter.

Lessons & studio

Details of lesson enrolment, studio rental, and repair services are subject to separate agreement between the parties.
