Lin's Culture supports music schools, professional musicians, ensembles, retailers and cultural organizations seeking specialist Chinese instruments, accessories and music publications.

Our experience originates from the instrument-making, trading and cultural work established by Mr. Lin Ku-jen in Taiwan more than four decades ago. From the production and improvement of traditional instruments to the documentation and publication of important musical traditions, this experience continues today through Lin's Culture.

Instrument Trade and Institutional Supply

We provide specialist sourcing and supply services for:

Export and CITES Support

Some traditional instruments contain natural materials whose international movement is regulated.

Lin's Culture can assist with the preparation of supporting documentation and applicable import or export permits, including CITES-related documentation for eligible instruments containing regulated snakeskin materials.

Requirements vary by instrument and destination. Each case is therefore reviewed individually before shipment.

Music Publishing and Distribution

Lin Ku-jen's earlier cultural organizations were actively involved in compiling, documenting and publishing traditional Chinese music.

A significant part of this work grew from the "Masterpieces of Chinese Dizi Masters" concert series, presented between 1995 and 2011. The project brought leading performers and traditions to Taiwan while creating a valuable archive of scores, recordings and audiovisual publications.

Building on this history, Lin's Culture continues to promote and distribute:

Publishing and Cultural Collaboration

• Preserving and organizing archival recordings
• Creating educational or performance-related publications
• Connecting publications with lectures, workshops or concerts

Each project is evaluated according to its artistic value, audience, rights status, production requirements and distribution feasibility.
